While the government does not charge a fee for SAN registration, we charge professional consultancy fees for our expert assistance, application review, and processing services. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to pay these fees.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for any rejections or delays caused by incorrect data provided by the user.
4. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide the best service, but we do not guarantee the approval of your application by the government authorities. Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid by you.

Refund Policy

1. Service Initiation
Once an application is submitted and our team starts the processing or advisory work, the professional fees become non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only in cases where the service has not been initiated or if there is a technical failure on our part that prevents the processing of your application.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@san-rajasthan.in with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
4. Rejections
Fees are not refundable in case of application rejection by government authorities due to incorrect information provided by the user or eligibility issues.
